Some vegans also stay away from personal and household products tested on animals. Some also don’t wear clothes made from animal products e.g. leather or wool.

A vegan diet includes all grains, beans, legumes, vegetables and fruits combined together.in addition many versions of vegan food is also available.so vegans can eat hot dogs, ice cream, cheese, non-dairy yoghurt and vegan mayonnaise along with the more familiar veggie burgers and other meat substitute products like chicken recipes. Other foods include soy milk, nutritional yeast, coconut milk, and almond milk. They can also eat green salad, spaghetti, peanut butter, sandwiches, cornbread chips and salsa.

They have lower mortality rates than meat-eaters, and grow old with fewer health issues. Vegans weigh less than other groups on average. Considering the advantages that come with this kind of lifestyle, better digestion, more fibreless saturated fat, more nutritious yet Low-calorie foods it makes sense why vegans would weigh less.

A well balanced vegan diet which is low in salt and processed food may help prevent heart disease, stroke and reduce the risk of diabetes.as the intake of nutrients like iron, zinc and calcium are reduced on a vegan diet, our bodies get better at absorbing them from the intestines.as long as you follow a proper, nutrient rich vegan diet your body and senses will improve drastically.

Many people say how easy it is to lose weight once they transitioned to a fully plant based diet. A lot of people struggle with weight comes from the excess calories in protein attained from meat and mindless snacking. It’s hard to stay up at nigh binge watching on some movies or Netflix without having to dip your hand in a cookie jar.

People assume that going vegan requires a lot of discipline and dedication. Switching into a vegan diet is surprisingly easy. The most obvious way to become vegan is to eliminate all animal products in your diet. Transitioning into that is surprisingly difficult. Finding clothes that flatter your body can be quite stressful and may lead to hating one’s body. The first thing you need to do is identifying your body type. Pay attention go all your curves and how they connect to the rest of your body parts. Measure the size of your bust, hips, and waist.

Depending on the size of each body part {in inches} you can determine the shape of your body and which clothes will fit perfectly. All body types have pros and cons. there’s no need to look at yourself in the mirror and hate how you look. There are no best and worst body types. A certain body type may be fashionable but it doesn’t mean that the rest of the types are bad.

There are 4 major body types.

  • Apple body type-your bust is 3 inches bigger than the hips. Your legs are slimmer while your shoulders are wide.
  • Pear body type-hips, thighs, and the behind are more noticeable. Shoulders are narrower /sloping and not broad. This can also be defined as a curvaceous body.
  • Straight/rectangular body type-the size of the waist is the same as hips and bust. The waist is one to eight inches smaller than the bust. The rib cage will define most of your shape since there is no waist definition to add up to your curves.
  • Hourglass body type-this is body type is very rare. Hips and bust measurements are usually equal. This body type has a narrow waist.

Body shapes are highly pre-determined by diet and exercise. You can do core exercises to help flatten abdominal muscles.

Doing chest exercises will also make your bust larger. If this doesn’t work for you, you can cosmetically change how you look.

Certain body types have a predisposition to gain or lose weight in certain areas. For example, a woman with an hourglass figure will tend to gain or lose weight in the bust and hips, and not the waist. But a woman with an apple shape will tend to gain in the hips, and not so much in the bust–even if it is the same amount of body weight.

  • Wearing a supportive fitting bra will make your chest look perkier and not saggy.
  • Wearing more V neck attires which can be flattering to this body type.

Choose colours and patterns wisely if there are any curves you would prefer to hide, try wearing dark colours e.g. black or brown. Off-shoulder tops look best on hourglass and rectangular girls, while turtlenecks look good on pear and apple-shaped girls. If you have a flat stomach and you are not afraid to show it, you should invest in crop tops.

How To Take Care Of Your Skin.

Unfortunately, many people don’t show concern for their skin. Neglecting it causes it to be rough, dry and may lead to cracking of the organ. If your skin feels dry and seems dull it, could mean that you are not getting enough vitamins and water in your body. Fortunately, taking care of your skin is simple and easy and the result of a healthy, glowing complexion is worth the effort.

Wash your face in the morning and in the evening. Use the right facial cleanser for your skin type. If you have oily skin or acne, use a product containing benzoyl peroxide. If you have dry skin, use a gentle, moisturizing, fragrance-free face wash.

Avoid hot water while you bathe and limit your bathing time to 20 minutes. Extreme hot water can damage your skin tissues.it strips natural oil and drying it out. Use a mild soap while bathing. Soaps with a harsh fragrance causes the skin to be sensitive and dry. Pat your skin dry, don’t rub it. It’s also recommended that you leave your skin a little damp. The skin will soak in the moisture and remain soft.

Shaving using a shaving cream is quite important too. Shave in the direction your hair is growing in not against it. After shaving use a mild-free lotion to hydrate your skin.

Exfoliate your skin no more than twice in a week. This will scrub away the dead skin cells and reveal the soft, fresh skin underneath. Use a product that has a neutral PH level so as not to dry out your skin. If your lips are feeling dry, apply a lip scrub. Use equal parts of sugar and honey or coconut oil, and gently scrub your lips with it. Rinse with warm water.

Whatever you eat also plays a big role in how your skin behaves. Drink plenty of water. This will prevent acnes and breakouts. If you don’t drink enough water, your skin tends to look dry and dull. Aim to drink about 8 glasses of water each day. Strawberries and bananas are fruits rich in vitamin C. eating foods that contain omega-3 fatty acid will help your skin to retain its moisture. Walnuts are also rich in omega-3 fatty acid.

Drink lots of green tea and use the tea bags to reduce puffiness on your eyes. Green tea is filled with antioxidants, which can reduce inflammation and puffiness in your skin. Chill the hot tea bags and place them over your eyes to reduce any puffiness. Drink 2-3 cups in a day.

Make a strawberry smoothie to heal your skin in and out. Blend a cup of strawberries, a cup of yoghurt, and a table spoon of honey. Drink the smoothie and use the rest on your face for a face mask.

Sometimes what the skin needs is a little more rest. Take time to stay away from stressful situations. Make time for your hobbies. Disconnect from the rest of the world. Shorten your to-do lists in case you tackle a lot of things in a day.

Get enough sleep. I cannot insist on this enough. Teenagers need at least 8-10 hours of sleep while adults need about 7-8 hours of sleep. Not getting enough sleep tends to make you feel tired throughout the day and will also give you bags under your eyes. Sleep on your back. Sleeping on your side may lead to creases and wrinkles especially on the side you sleep on.

Make sure you exercise at least 2-3 hours each week. Working out boosts oxygen and nutrients to the skin. When you sweat your body gets rid of toxins which help clarify your skin.

Avoid wearing makeup, be sure to wash it off completely before going to bed. Wearing too much makeup leads to breakouts and acnes. Never go to sleep while wearing makeup, always remove it using makeup remover and a gentle facial cleanser. If you wear makeup often keep your brushes and sponges clean. Wash them at least twice a month.

In conclusion adding a self-care routine in your schedule could be great way to start taking care of your skin. Avoid alcohol and smoking too. Smoking dries your skin out. After buying some new facial products, give them time to work. Don’t rush the process. Remember to void touching your face without cleaning your hands.
